Natalia was born on May 12 , 1962 in the village of Krasnosilka, Vinnytsia Oblast, Ukraine. In 1984, she graduated from the Kyiv National I. K. Karpenko-Karyi Theatre, Cinema and Television University. She is a member of The National Filmmakers Union of Ukraine.
