Devante Senior was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, and graduated from Wexford Collegiate School for the Arts in both its Drama Focus and Musical Theatre programs. He is also a dancer, with hip hop, modern and jazz training. Before starting his acting career, he spent some time at Ryerson University’s dance program and Toronto Dance Theatre.
