Alexandre Michel Gérard Desplat (French:[alɛksɑ̃dʁ dɛspla]; born 23 August 1961) is a French film composer and conductor. He has received numerous accolades, including two Academy Awards, three BAFTA Awards, two Golden Globe Awards, and two Grammy Awards.
