Born and raised in South Florida, Alex started singing at the age of 2 and modeling at the age of 4. At 16, Alex was signed by LA Reid to Island Def Jam. She appeared on Season 3 of The X Factor USA, making it into the top 10 in the groups category with her group, Girls United.
