Debi L Taylor (aka Debra Lewin) was born in New York to two immigrant parents. She grew up in South Burlington, Vermont. Debi graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration in 1988 and starting working at a model/talent agency.
