Carmen Bueno Cifuentes (July 1, 1950 - disappeared on November 29, 1974) was a filmmaker and MIR militant who was arrested by DINA agents on November 29, 1974, along with her partner, filmmaker Jorge Müller Silva, who is also a disappeared detainee.
