Elías Querejeta was born on October 27, 1934 in Hernani, Guipúzcoa, País Vasco, Spain as Elías Querejeta Gárate. He was a producer, director and writer, known for A través de San Sebastián (1960), The City of Lost Children (1995), Stories from the Kronen (1995), Mondays in the Sun (2002) and Seven Billiard Tables (2007).
